To reserve, an advance payment of 20% of the value of the stay will be required. This payment will be charged to your credit or debit card, but if you prefer to make a transfer, contact us and we will provide you with an account number. The remaining 80% will be paid before the guest’s departure or check-out.

VAT, parking and Wi-Fi internet access are included in all prices.

• By booking at the Hotel Rústico Lugar do Cotariño, the client accepts its reservation, cancellation or no-show conditions.
• Cancellations due to force majeure: In cases in which the cancellation is justified with some document that proves the impossibility or non-viability of the trip, example: illness, problem with a family member, flight cancellation, etc., the hotel will not make any charge and the 20% advance payment will be returned.
• Cancellation without justified cause: If the client cancels their reservation with a minimum of 14 days prior to the arrival date, no charge will be made and the 20% advance payment will be returned. In the case of canceling the reservation within 14 days prior to arrival or not showing up, the hotel will charge the total amount of the stay, returning to the client the amount equivalent to the days that they can finally re-rent the reserved room(s).
• Non-refundable rate: The stay will be paid at the time of booking by card or bank transfer. The amount will not be refundable for cancellation or modification.

Pets weighing up to 15 kilos are welcome in the standard rooms with direct access from the garden; this service has a surcharge of €15 per day. Access to the lounge room is excluded. If you think your dog may bark or cause damage, please do not leave him alone in the room. Out of respect for other guests, pets must always be on a leash with their owners within the hotel grounds, both in common areas and in the garden.
