2024 seasons

1. High Season: From March 27 to March 30 (Easter) and from July 1 to September 15. (Summer season).
2. Mid-Season: National bank holiday weekends, the month of June and the second fortnight of September. Bank holiday weekends: From March 22 to March 26 (Easter Week), from April 26 to May 4 (Labour Day bank holiday weekend), from November 29 to December 8 (Constitution Day and Immaculate Conception Day bank holiday weekend).
3. Low Season:Rest of the year.

During the high and shoulder seasons, 20% of the total value of the stay will be charged when booking. This payment will be charged to your debit or credit card but, if you prefer, we can provide you with an account number if you wish to make a bank transfer. The remaining amount will be paid at the hotel at the end of the stay. During low season, no payment will be taken in advance but we will need your card details to confirm the booking.

• When making a reservation at the Hotel Rústico Lugar do Cotariño, the client accepts the conditions of reservation, cancellation and no-show.
• Cancellation during low season: if the client cancels the booking at least seven days in advance, no charge will be made. In the event of cancelling the booking within the seven days before the stay or if a guest fails to arrive, the hotel shall charge the total amount of the stay, refunding the client the amount corresponding to the days when new guests were found for the room(s).
• Cancellation during shoulder and high season: if the client cancels the booking at least 14 days in advance, no charge will be made and 20% of the advance payment will be refunded. In the event of cancelling the booking in the 14 days prior to arrival or if a guest fails to arrive, the hotel shall charge the total amount of the stay, refunding the client for the amount corresponding to the days when new guests were found for the room(s).
• Cancellations due to force majeure: in the event that the cancellation or interruption of the stay can be justified due to force majeure, the hotel shall not make any charge and shall return 20% of any advance payment that may have been made.

Pets are welcome in the standard rooms with direct access from the garden, this service has a surcharge of € 15 per day. If you think your dog may bark or cause damage, please do not leave him alone in the room. Out of respect for the other guests, we ask that pets always go on a leash with their owners both indoors and in the garden.
